The staff welcomed us warmly upon arrival, and one even showed us around! the breakfast had excellent choices and tasted delicious. the parking was free. It was so helpful. I was grateful. the spa was amazing. I got relaxed.

The rooms are spacious and include good storage.

The cleaners did not clean the room properly. They did not change the sheets! breakfast was not good with bad selections. I was really disappointed by the lack of attention to these basic aspects of service.

Excellent amenities near the airport

spacious room nice bathroom free parking

I stayed one night to be close to the Tirana airport. The room was spacious. It had a nice bathroom with a good shower. Free breakfast was included (it featured fruit, pastries, and yoghurt). There was plenty of free parking.

The room felt warm throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff did not clean the room, nor did they change the sheets. THIS was unprofessional.

The hotel offers two indoor swimming pools, one outdoor swimming pool and a very nice wellness area. There is also a shopping mall within a short, four-minute walk from the hotel. The outdoor playground appears very well maintained.
