The location was acceptable since it provided easy access to nearby shops.
The air conditioning was a serious problem. The room felt stuffy because the AC barely cooled things down. I had hoped to keep the windows closed to avoid mosquitoes, but it was hard to deal with the stuffiness.

The room was super clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. i appreciated the employee brikena's behavior, she helped a lot. the cleanliness was top notch.
the ac would not get very cool and it was very stuffy in the room.

the staff were always smiling and ready to assist, especially the reception team. the traditional food was amazing!!! i also loved that the hotel is located close to stores and exchange points, and the sea is right in front of the hotel.
the ac in my room didn't get very cool, and it became quite stuffy at times. i had to avoid opening the windows to prevent mosquitoes and other bugs from getting inside, a bit of a bother.

the staff provided excellent service, promptly addressing any needs. the team was always available and willing to help with requests. assistance with transport to the airport was arranged and the hotel subsidized part of the taxi fare.

the hotel offers a spa. i found the rooms clean and spacious. the hotel provided sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. there is an indoor pool. it was great!

the breakfast had many options and was very good. the hotel offers traditional dishes. i would note that the breakfast on friday was very special. the restaurant was fantastic, and the shrimp pasta was AMAZING!!!
