decent stay with minor issues

great location fine view floor ants unclean bathtub

the hotel had a great location close to everything. the view from the balcony was fine. i was happy.

i found a few ants all over the floor in my room. the bathtub was not cleaned properly, as i noticed old soap in the drainage. it was a bit off-putting.

The location was great. It allowed easy access to local spots. I really enjoyed the fabulous views from the balcony and the decadent decor. The staff helped with parking arrangements, really convenient. The outdoor jacuzzi provided a fantastic experience.

The bathroom seemed small. It could benefit from a refresh to improve functionality and space.

pleasant staff beautiful gardens nice pool

i found the staff pleasant and helpful. the hotel's location proved perfect with only a ten-minute walk to the center through the beautiful gardens. the pool was very nice and i thought the view was just beautiful.

the room looked a bit dated and could use some updates, especially with the wallpaper separating at the seams.

convenient location relaxing pool easy access

The hotel location proved SUPER convenient, just a short walk to the main street. I also found it near the Villa Comunale and the ancient amphitheater. The pool and lounge chairs provided relaxation. Elevators made access from the lobby to the street EASY!!!

The room decor definitely needs some updating.

attentive staff secure parking small pool

i saw the front desk staff was attentive. i easily parked my car there and it seemed secure. the pool was beautiful though fairly small.

My room looks tired and in need of some updates. The wallpaper was separating at the seams.

I appreciated the outdoor jacuzzi and sauna. Both had wonderful views. The breakfast selection had a good variety of options. The free wellness center provided additional relaxation opportunities , it was a plus.

The pipe noise when the toilet flushed was noticeable.
