lovely location makes our stay

the hotel location is amazing i found. it sits right in the city center. the view from the terrace at breakfast was very relaxing i noticed. the room was good also. breakfast was also good as far as i can tell.

the room was clean though i was disappointed with the toilet seat it moved. the blinds didn't work either. i also found no tissues available plus no access given for irons.

staff are friendly plus very helpful. reception staff gives personal attention to preferences. they are cute when you first arrive into the hotel which i like.

the hotel is right on the main shopping street i see. easy access exists to shops and cafes. it's an easy walk i discovered to the bus and taxi terminal.

the location impressed me (a lot!). it is right in the heart of the town. the room featured a very large bed. the staff were very kind and available 24/7.

the shower door kept falling off. the bathroom was small for a triple room.

the staff assisted promptly with luggage storage after checkout. they also gave good recommendations for local restaurants (i tried one, amazing!). their whatsapp communication was fast and efficient. i really liked that.

I found a couple of things less than thrilling. the breakfast setup was a bit chaotic. Wasps were all over the food. also, the room felt pretty dated and the bathroom could use a serious upgrade, it was really cramped.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of everything. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace offered a very relaxing experience with an amazing view. I appreciated the convenient lift. the included beach club day pass was a wonderful bonus.

I found that the lack of cleanliness impacted my stay negatively. The fridge had food remnants left by previous guests. This indicated a lack of thorough cleaning. Rooms also felt small.
