The location was acceptable though the airport transfer cost me 600 kwachi.
The air conditioning barely cooled the room! The fan was loud, so I had to open the balcony door instead. The room looked tired, especially the old carpet and a bathroom constantly smelled of toilet disinfectant.

i especially liked the readily available power. the squash court was a great bonus! the staff were friendly throughout the entire hotel. the rooms were super clean and very well maintained. clean, crisp towels and bedding. i enjoyed every moment there, feeling completely cared for and relaxed.

The front desk staff assisted me with tasks. The IT specialist was helpful. The restaurant's food was satisfying for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special thanks to Frank, Susan and Paul made my dining experiences pleasurable. Rosemary in the Spa, Levy in the laundry room, and the cleaning crew on the 6th Floor provided good services.

breakfast included many options.. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. the gym contained three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i found the wi-fi connection reliable and fast throughout the hotel.
