Solid stay with good service

I liked the pond near the dining area (so relaxing!). It featured little crocs, fish, reeds, and chirping birds. The taxi man recommended by the hotel was respectful and kind. Breakfast was really good. The staff were lovely and attentive, ready to assist with any request.
I think the hotel is very dark at night, wherever you go.

The staff were friendly and eager to assist, always ready to address any query. Mrs Liseli was particularly helpful, and the restaurant staff offered superb service. Their attentiveness contributed positively to my experience.

The restaurant offered good food for lunch and dinner. The option to eat near the pond is enjoyable. I enjoyed the fish, very tasty and well prepared (a definite highlight!).

this joint rocks! breakfast included lots options. a cool crocodile pond had baby crocs, and i spotted friendly staff everywhere. my room felt huge, and everything was so clean!
the gym only had two treadmills, which kinda bummed me out!

my standard room included a comfy bed, and i really liked it. there were two sinks that helped speed things up, and the rainfall shower had amazing water pressure. it's totally a plus!

The hotel's spot is super convenient, with shops within walking distance. also, the national museum sits close by. You can easily walk to it. the cathedral of the holy cross isn't far either.

the breakfast buffet had loads options and the staff remembered me. one waiter named dalitso was really nice and helpful with directions i got. the luggage service seemed fast and efficient.

The pool looked unclean. There were many insects floating in the water, and I worried about swimming there. The pool area clearly needed better maintenance.

Breakfast was good and offered a variety of options for most tastes. That was acceptable.
The room seemed not cleaned very well daily. Staff at mealtimes were slow and it was hard to get attended to promptly. I found this frustrating and it certainly detracted from the dining experience.

The female staff impressed me with their wonderful service. The tilapia tasted very good. The pond was relaxing. It had crocs, fish, reeds, and chirping birds. The hotel recommended a very respectful taxi man
