Everything was excellent. I stayed in February 2024. The staff was very friendly. My room was near the pool. The food selection was extensive and delicious. Excursions were well-organized. Shadow, our tour guide. I would definitely return. (I had a GREAT time).

The waiters and waitresses provided perfect service. They were attentive and thoughtful. Thuma and Erick were pretty good too ensure a wonderful experience. Their friendliness and initiative stood out.

The resort features different restaurants for dining. I enjoyed the buffet style with a wide selection. The food was always good. The chefs accommodated dietary needs, such as gluten and lactose intolerances.

The resort offers multiple pools and a jetty facing the sea. The jetty became a preferred sunbathing spot due to the views. Sunbeds were plentiful. Monkeys roamed around, yet they did not bother guests.

indian restaurantready staff
the resort had multiple restaurants this was a plus for variety i especially liked the recently opened indian restaurant i loved that the main restaurant offered a buffet i found many selections to try. the staff ensured i was well taken care of they were always ready to help and made my stay wonderful
the drive from the airport was a bit long it lasted about one hour and forty minutes

a charmed stay

the sunbeds near the beach were very useful i could always find one available. i particularly enjoyed the wind on the bridge while using the sunbed. the chefs were considerate regarding my wife's gluten and lactose intolerance. they made special dishes for her when needed i appreciated their extra attention.
the shower water had a salty taste this could be improved i did notice it a few times .

the hotel includes three restaurants with a large range of cuisine i found this excellent. the resort has two swimming pools one is located by the sea and it features many sunbeds .

the jetty bar extends into the indian ocean the views were superb. the entire place was super clean including dining areas rooms and the areas around the pools it felt pristine.

unhelpful staffno towels
The reception staff were not helpful. When I arrived, there were no beach towels available (apparently, they are given out at 8:30 each morning, WHO knew?). The staff offered no alternative, leaving me without towels after paying a resort fee. what A joke.
