The hotel is near a tram stop. The trams take you quickly to the city center. Parking is underneath the hotel. I found it safe and convenient. Staff were professional and courteous.

My room was very hot, and I could not adjust the temperature. There was no tablet in the room. This tablet was supposed to allow ordering room service. The hotel did not inform me about a loud performance one evening.
