i found the hotel to have friendly staffs. a beautiful facility was available for use. the restaurant offered good food options and the casino was a fun addition, it was a great convenience. the hotel provide a helpful and accommodating experience.

the breakfast was a little expensive compared to other options in the city.

the premier double room balcony was fantastic. the location made getting around super easy, and i loved having a minibar with free drinks. the breakfast buffet was massive with so many delicious choices!

the parking fee each day was quite expensive.

convenient parking tram stop polite staff hot room missing tablet loud performance

The hotel is near a tram stop. The trams take you quickly to the city center. Parking is underneath the hotel. I found it safe and convenient. Staff were professional and courteous.

My room was very hot, and I could not adjust the temperature. There was no tablet in the room. This tablet was supposed to allow ordering room service. The hotel did not inform me about a loud performance one evening.
