The location is great and very close to the train station. A public transport stop is just outside too. I found it very convenient since my hotel confirmation number gave me free transportation for my entire stay. The lady at the front desk was awesome and helped me in all possible ways.
My room was very dark and had no AC. The only window looked out to a courtyard. It was not possible to open the window overnight due to noises from other guests using the courtyard. I also felt that staff is working hard but nobody from management appreciates that

the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. i also appreciated the cleanliness of my room. the staff were very helpful and polite throughout my stay, always ready to answer my questions. the breakfast had good options.
it didn't even reach my floor so i had to carry my bags up one flight of stairs.

The hotel is very close to the train station. It made my arrival very simple. The location is great, and I found restaurants nearby. The breakfast provides a good start to the day.
My room faced the street. Trams passed at all hours. There was quite a lot of noise. The room was also very small. I could barely move around the bathroom.
