i booked a room and the building had a lovely character to it. our room was large and super clean, and it had a comfy bed. the family staff was the best part of our stay, and they were all great. i would definitely recommend this hotel and would return here again in the future.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I had left a pair of trousers behind and they arranged to post them back to me. The room was excellently decorated with a comfortable bed and a well-appointed bathroom.
I found the toilet in my room set quite high. My feet could barely reach the floor, a bit uncomfortable.
