“In Haggs, this hotel stands out with its dual culinary focus, serving both Indian and Italian dishes. It's a practical choice, offering the ease of on-site parking and family-friendly touches, yet some accounts suggest inconsistent service and cleanliness. For travellers seeking basic amenities and diverse dining options, it presents a viable option, but manage expectations accordingly.”

the location near the motorway links was acceptable.
The room wasn't vacuumed. the bedside table had stains. it seemed questionable whether the quilt cover was fresh. Also disturbed at 2am by people banging on the windows and the phone ringing downstairs.

basic stay with some issues

teacoffeedusty surfacesnon-functional sockets
the room had tea and coffee facilities, convenient.
Room 14 felt very basic and underprepared. the surfaces were dusty, and i had to clean them myself before putting my things away. the electrical sockets on one side of the bed didn't work. The bedside lights also did not work. it seem the room hadn't been used in a while.
