the room was tidy and reasonably quiet.
the absence of a nightcap option felt UnWelcoming. a vending machine offered little, and i missed having bottled water or snacks in the room.

The shower was really good, I must admit.
The carpets were stained and frankly, pretty dirty. The room felt cramped because it had only one chair. I had trouble finding space for my clothes and luggage.
Lots of free parking was available right outside. security entering was good. I found the spacious and warm room had plenty of light.

the free parking was a total win! the facilities are in great shape, i enjoyed them!!! the room was super clean, i appreciated that!!! the location worked really well to get to glasgow and edinburgh, both were easy to reach!
i noticed a slight variation in breakfast quality one morning.

the location is near the motorway, which i found convenient! the area is generally quiet, great for resting! the building is easy to find!
Check-in was quick. I was given a room with an extra bed. My daughter appreciated this gesture. The beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly during both check-in and check-out.
My room was never cleaned. I did not receive fresh towels. Tea bags were not replenished. I only had two tea bags upon arrival.

Family rooms are designed to host a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12, or 3 adults. This restriction is in place due to safety policies and regulations.
