central location metro station helpful staff small room no lift unstable shower

The location was central. i could easily walk to many attractions. a metro station was also very close, so it was easy to travel further. the staff were helpful. They assisted me with directions.

The room felt quite small. there was no lift, so i had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. the bathroom had some issues. The shower temperature was difficult to regulate, it was either too hot or too cold. twice, i had problems with the shower.
