the phone in MY room did NOT function so i had to go to reception to request assistance. only one restaurant operated despite website and app showing multiple options. the buffet food was below average for 4 days.

I found the food was very good with many choices. The hotel complex is nice. Many activities are available for both kids and adults. I enjoyed the aquapark. The staff is always checking if everything is as expected. They fix any encountered issues quickly.

The phone in the room didn't work. I had to go to reception to request anything.
