The room was quite cold during my entire stay, even with the radiator turned up all the way. I also didn't seem to have any hot water, the hot tap ran cold for several minutes. Fortunately, a basic electric shower was available. This was disappointing, it affected my overall experience. I was expecting a bit more comfort.

The location was convenient for attending the festival. The staff were friendly at the bar area. The breakfast was good. I paid for it on the day.

One room was more expensive but identical to the other room! The tv was not working in one of the rooms. The response from the bloke at reception was annoying and rude.
