The Larimar restaurant features vital, Mediterranean, and gourmet cuisine. The meals are made without microwaves, induction heat, ready-made products, and additives. The Larimar vinotheque offers a selection of wines to complement the menu. Full board includes a healthy breakfast buffet with organic products, a lunch snack with soups and salads, pastries in the afternoon, and a 6-course dinner including a dessert and cheese buffet. From 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm, there is a vital lunch brunch with many different kinds of salad and raw food, 2 soups, various spreads and crispy bread.

The Hotel Larimar includes a 6.500 m² Larimar thermal, water and sauna area with 8 pools and 7 saunas as well as a garden.
