The location was close to the stadium. This was very convenient. Staffs was friendly and helpful at all times, so I appreciated that.
The hotel did not provide slippers, nor a bathrobe upon arrival.

Comfortable Stay Near Bernabéu!

The breakfast buffet had so many options for various food needs. I found it great. The hotel provided a crib for my child and complimentary toiletries. I also appreciated the robes and comfortable bed. Good water pressure was a plus.
I found the air conditioning wasn't very flexible. the prices seemed a bit steep for some of the amenities.

The personnel were friendly and helpful . It's very valuable. Marina's english was excellent. My worries were sorted and I left in good time for the airport, thanks to her.
