The room safe did not work . I informed the front desk and got a shrug. No repairs happened. The minibar was also empty. It lacked even water. So much for convenience after I arrived late at night.

the staff was friendly and supportive . breakfast had good options, though nothing stood out as particularly special. i found the hotel clean and it was close to many public transport options making it easy to get around.

The hotel lacked complete sound insulation. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms.
