The location is fantastic. It is super close to the Duomo and many amazing restaurants. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave excellent recommendations for local places.

The room was a bit small for what I expected. The shower design was not ideal, and water splashed onto the floor. The common areas sometimes had an odd smell, like ammonia.

The location proved central! it made exploring very easy. the complimentary minibar was a lovely bonus and was restocked daily with water, a beer, and snacks. blackout curtains ensured i slept soundly. I appreciate the luggage racks. There were two!

I noticed a slight ammonia smell in the common areas. It seemed to be from cleaning products.
