The Deluxe Two Bedroom Apartment (1,500 sq ft) includes two bathrooms, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a dining space, a washer/dryer, and a patio. Two Bedroom Cottages (520 sq ft) feature water views and a private deck.

Each unit with a kitchen provides plates, drinkware, cutlery, pots, and pans. The Market is a short 2-minute walk. Guests can use the designated BBQ grilling area (BYO charcoal).

The Montauk Soundview has a pool open from May to September. Guests have beachfront access. The property offers a private beach area. Pool towels are available upon request at the front office. Guests can plan trips to the Historic Montauk Lighthouse, Block Island, or Gosman's Dock (0.5 km).
