The Montauk Soundview features accommodations with air conditioning. The Simple Room (200 sq ft) includes a queen-size bed, small fridge, and coffee maker. Standard Studios (240 sq ft) add a microwave and a deck. Deluxe Studios (486 sq ft) overlook Block Island Sound and offer two queen beds, a kitchenette with a small stovetop. Deluxe Waterfront Studios (400 sq ft) provide direct waterfront views, a sleeper sofa, and a kitchenette with a stove/oven. One Bedroom Suites (440 sq ft) have a full kitchen, dinette, living room with sleeper sofa, and a separate bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Two Bedroom Waterfront Apartments (565 sq ft) offer direct waterfront access, a full kitchen, dinette, living room with sleeper sofa, and two separate bedrooms. The Deluxe Two Bedroom Apartment (1,500 sq ft) includes two bathrooms, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a dining space, a washer/dryer, and a patio. Two Bedroom Cottages (520 sq ft) feature water views and a private deck.
