The Dining Room is open Tuesday through Saturday, 5 PM - 8 PM, with dishes showcasing old west flair. The Bistro BARbara is open Tuesday through Saturday, with bar hours from 4:30 PM to close. Bistro BARbara serves spirits and handcrafted cocktails, alongside an extensive wine list. Sommelier is available to pair each course with wine.
