The proximity to the train tracks meant constant noise, quite disruptive. It made it hard to sleep well. i also found the room to be smaller than expected, barely enough space for luggage. additionally, the breakfast options were limited, and the quality at the off-site location was disappointing

the convenience store on the first floor was certainly helpful.

the noise from the nearby train tracks was pretty intense i barely slept the walls seemed paper thin and every passing train reminded me of it was coming through my room the breakfast setup was also a bit of a letdown you basically get a voucher to spend at the convenience store downstairs which felt cheap.

I found the location excellent, close to the station, and near many bars and restaurants. it was easy to walk to ginza. there is an attached family mart. It was trivial to get breakfast there. checkout was via machine and fast.

the room felt smaller than advertised. i couldn't open a large suitcase fully. the hotel felt old, and maintenance seemed lacking.

the hotel offers self-check-in and check-out via machine, which streamlines the process. a laundry and microwave are available on the fourth floor for guest use. these facilities added convenience to my stay.
