i found the location convenient, just a short walk from shimbashi station (the access to several lines was a real bonus). the family mart on the first floor was useful for quick snacks. i utilized the luggage forwarding service, seamless.

the room size made it difficult to fully open my suitcase (this impacted my ability to move around comfortably).

jr station ginza line family mart

the location proved advantageous. it is close to the jr station, about a 3-minute walk. ginza line exit 7 is also nearby, just a 1-minute walk. a family mart is located in the building. it offers a variety of options.

the laundry service took a very long time to dry clothes.

The proximity to the train tracks meant constant noise, quite disruptive. It made it hard to sleep well. i also found the room to be smaller than expected, barely enough space for luggage. additionally, the breakfast options were limited, and the quality at the off-site location was disappointing

intense train noise cheap breakfast

the convenience store on the first floor was certainly helpful.

the noise from the nearby train tracks was pretty intense i barely slept the walls seemed paper thin and every passing train was like it was coming through my room the breakfast setup was also a bit of a letdown you basically get a voucher to spend at the convenience store downstairs which felt cheap.

convenient shimbashi stay!

great location easy checkout

I found the location excellent, close to the station, and near many bars and restaurants. it was easy to walk to ginza. there is an attached family mart. It was trivial to get breakfast there. checkout was via machine and fast.

the room felt smaller than advertised. i couldn't open a large suitcase fully. the hotel felt old, and maintenance seemed lacking.
