fantastic ginza stay!

the family mart downstairs was convenient. I could grab snacks or drinks anytime. the proximity to ginza subway station made getting around super easy. the friendly staff always answered my questions efficiently, which i really appreciated.

the room was a bit small, made maneuvering with luggage a slight challenge.

the location was central, so it was easy to get around the ginza area.

The staff seemed unable or unwilling to assist with simple requests. Specifically, they refused to call a restaurant for me. i found this unhelpful as most hotels usually offer this service. the training staff also did not assist.
