friendly staff helpful staff decent size room kitchen studio poor soundproofing street noise elevator noise
i found the staff very friendly and helpful. i was happy my room had a decent size. it was a studio , so it came with a kitchen. i liked having a microwave , fridge, dishes, and a sink.
the soundproofing was really poor , i could clearly hear street noise. i also heard the elevator moving and beeping. i could hear every sound from the neighboring rooms , even when doors slammed.

central location spacious room helpful staff
the location is superb as it allowed me to reach various attractions easily. the room featured two queen beds and provided ample space. i also want to mention smaila, a staff member at the front door, he really offered helpful suggestions.
The breakfast options seemed very basic. I had higher expectations.

The location was indeed central. I could easily walk to many attractions. the room i had was spacious and well-equipped with everything i needed. the staff were friendly and always available to help.
The bathroom was a bit small. It could benefit from some updates.

This hotel is near many major attractions. You can easily walk to times square and central park. the subway station is also close. It gives you easy access to other parts of the city. the central location simplifies travel.

The staff were always available and ready to help with any questions. the front desk provided quick responses to my inquiries. i felt welcomed and well taken care of during my time here. It made everything easier.

The king room featured a king-sized bed with comfortable linens. the room has a coffee machine, a refrigerator, and closet space. the room was generally quiet. It helped ensure a good night's rest.

nice bed friendly bell floor fan uncomfortable temperature
the rooms are spacious. the bed was nice it was really comfortable. i liked that the lobby entrance is nice and i had no problems to access to it. the bell guys are all friendly and they seems to do their job well.
the ac was not working when it was hot. the temperature in the room. the hotel brought us a floor fan, but i don't think that it helps at all. i never experience this at any hotel i ever booked.
