The shower WAS fantastic with great water pressure. THE room included good climate control. It was easy to adjust. the location is very central to many attractions.

the location was acceptable due to its proximity to main attractions.
The room i received was just too small for two people. It reminded me of a cabin. there was barely any space to store our luggage and the room felt dark. also, the bathroom floor had a leak, i think it needed some tlc.

The location was really fantastic. Times square was super close. the staff was friendly and helpful (especially the receptionist!). the queen room was a good size, and i found the enormous shower really excellent.
the room was a bit miniature for two people and all our luggage. the hallway on the fifth floor felt quite dark, a minor concern.

the hotel is located close to broadway shows, ed sullivan theatre, and times square. access to transport and sightseeing is easy. the subway on 42nd street is nearby.

there are many restaurants close by. the hotel amenities are a little limited. when i wanted to dine in one evening, they did not have wine glasses.

I found the staff very accommodating. They assisted with directions and transport. The location is very close to the main attractions. It was really easy getting around.
The room seemed small. It could benefit from some updates. The space needs more privacy.
