Acceptable but Underwhelming Stay

The elevators were a constant source of frustration only one of the two worked. Waiting for the elevator became a significant time drain. The housekeeping was subpar I found empty bottles behind a curtain a clear sign of neglect. Dust accumulation throughout the room was also obvious I felt it needed more attention.

The location was fantastic. The staff was helpful holding our bags before check-in and after checkout. THE room was very comfortable.
The room was damp and poorly lit. The carpets looked like they had never been properly cleaned. THE corridors were also dimmed and eerie.

the location was acceptable due to its proximity to main attractions.
The room i received was just too small for two people. It seemed like a cabin. there was barely any space to store our luggage and the room felt dark. also, the bathroom floor had a leak, i think it needed some tlc.

The location was really fantastic. Times square was super close. the staff was friendly and helpful (especially the receptionist!). the queen room was a good size, and i found the enormous shower really excellent.
the room was a bit miniature for two people and all our luggage. the hallway on the fifth floor felt quite dark, a minor concern.

the hotel is located close to broadway shows, ed sullivan theatre, and times square. access to transport and sightseeing is easy. the subway on 42nd street is nearby.

there are many restaurants close by. the hotel amenities are a little limited. when i wanted to dine in one evening, they did not have wine glasses.

I found the staff very accommodating. They assisted with directions and transport. The location is very close to the main attractions. It was really easy getting around.
The room seemed small. It could benefit from some updates. The space needs more privacy.
