comfortable mattress storage room manhattan skyline
The mattress was comfortable. A storage room in the hall included towels and amenities. I could grab what i needed. The rooftop bar had views of the manhattan skyline.
The gym was very small

helpful staff manhattan sunset rooftop bar rooftop access noisy ac blackout curtains
the front desk staff proved very helpful. laurel, nico, and marcus really were great. the rooftop bar offered amazing manhattan sunset views, that is when private events weren't happening.
the rooftop access closed occasionally, disappointing. the ac in the room made some noise. blackout curtains could have been better because the room wasn't completely dark at night.

the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes i noticed a water cooler was also available in the gym the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. it had sufficient space for toiletries
the walls are thin and i could hear conversations in the hallway

great location and rooftop vibe
modern design rooftop view friendly staff
the hotel has a fun, modern design. the rooftop has great views and a lively vibe. the front desk staff was friendly. it is a stylish hotel.
a few service-related issues. practical concerns were evident. it kept it from being comfortable. these issues should be addressed for a better guest experience.

complimentary coffee extra towels excellent location
The hotel offered complimentary coffee, a simple perk i appreciated. I found the Stash closet useful. It provided extra towels on demand. The location was excellent. My friend lived only a few blocks away (an important factor for my visit).
The glass doors for the toilet and shower offered less privacy than expected.

fantastic stay!
attentive staff bridge view perfect experience
The staff let us bring outside food to the bar. That was a plus! i also received a room overlooking the williamsburg bridge. the experience was perfect from check-in. The staff was attentive.
there was no refrigerator in my room.

There is a comfortable bar and lounge on-site. i found a stash with emergency toiletries on my floor. Very convenient! a rooftop bar offers manhattan sunset views, but it sometimes closes for private events.

the room had a clothes steamer. the rooftop bar was a good experience. the industrial decor was a cool detail throughout the hotel.
the hotel did not offer on-site parking.
