rude staff extra payments

morning coffee was fine.

the front desk staff was not great, i have never seen ruder people. also, the hotel tried to charge my card for extra payments at night, i noticed it in the morning. when i asked about it, they acted surprised and returned the money back.

amazing stay!

great location clean room quick microwave

the location is fantastic. it's close to everything. the rooms were clean and well kept. i even got a microwave upon request (so convenient!).

the elevator wait times could sometimes be long.

The location was acceptable, fairly close to the theater district.

The room had some serious issues. The air conditioning was loud. It sounded like a jet engine. I could barely sleep because of the noise.

A Good Escape in the City

convenient location easy access water dispenser efficient elevators

The location allowed quick walks to many attractions. A supermarket offered convenient access to snacks and drinks. I found a water dispenser on each floor. This meant I did not need to purchase bottled water daily. The elevators were efficient. They allowed quick movement throughout the hotel.

The rooftop area had some noise occasionally late at night, so light sleepers might want to request a room away from that area.

Breakfast included a gift card usable at a nearby restaurant. This provided flexibility for meal times and preferences. The gift card was $25 for each day of the stay, which I appreciated. It offered good value.

The room had soft, adjustable lighting. This created a relaxing atmosphere at night. The beds were comfortable. A table and chairs offered a nice spot to relax. A sectional sofa with a coffee table was perfect for visiting family.

The front desk staff was kind and helpful. One staff member, Adupa. The staff helped to promptly resolve any questions. Housekeeping kept the room clean.
