Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay

The hotel is steps from Times Square. The room featured a comfortable stylish design and the staff was very friendly (they assisted quickly with a minor connection issue). I especially appreciated the quick resolution.
I noticed the hotel gym was a bit small.

This hotel features a superb location. It is very close to major attractions and public transportation. Times Square is only a few seconds away from the hotel and many theaters are also within walking distance.

The hotel provides complimentary water dispensers on multiple floors. A luggage storage service is available . The hotel also provides wi-fi access. I found it easy to stay connected .

The room was large. The bathroom was very comfortable, it had a roomy shower and provided all necessary toiletries. The beds were comfortable and clean, and contributed to a restful night's sleep.

i stayed in an executive king room. the room featured a very comfortable bed and a spacious layout (it felt luxurious!).
The minibar was empty. I expected it to be stocked.

Wonderful Experience Close to Everything

I appreciated the quiet room located toward the back of the hotel it allowed for peaceful sleep. I enjoyed free coffee downstairs each morning it was a convenient perk. I found the location excellent it was close to many attractions. The room was comfortable I liked the upscale feel.
The mirror had a slight coating of dust I noticed.

My room included three large windows this offered great natural light. The room felt luxurious I found it very comfortable. I appreciated the cleanliness it was super clean.

The hotel is very close to Times Square it took only a few minutes to walk. Many other major attractions were within walking distance this was very convenient. The access to transportation was very good as well.

The hotel features a bar where guests can purchase breakfast and drinks. The bar service was very attentive this was very appreciated. It is a warm space you can have a snack in the evening.

The room included a comfortable bed and blackout curtains. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby each morning. The location was great with easy access to many attractions. The staff was attentive to my requests. They quickly provided extra towels and toiletries.
The in-room safe was a bit small. It barely fit my laptop.

The hotel provided a small café with limited options. It included pastries, coffee, and some pre-made sandwiches. The café operated from 7 AM to 7 PM. I saw a water dispenser near the entrance, offering both still and sparkling water.

The concierge helped with directions and suggested several local restaurants. Housekeeping came daily to clean the room, replace towels, and make the bed. The reception staff processed check-in smoothly, but they forgot to give me a welcome gift.
