the staff at reception were helpful.
the room was quite small, it was difficult for two people to move around freely. the window was sealed shut, this gave a feeling of confinement on the 26th floor. also, the wifi became chargeable after the seventh night, this should be complimentary.

The location was convenient to many attractions. i found the front office staff very helpful and pleasant. housekeeping maintained the room well and was always prompt. I experienced almost no wait times.
