I found helpful staff. I enjoyed easy access to the metro and nearby places of interest. The hotel provides great facilities including a gym, a pool, a jacuzzi, and a terrace. This.

The gym lacks equipment for weight training. I consider a better equipped gym a beneficial addition.

The location was alright with decent access to nearby amenities and transport.

I found the cleanliness to be lacking. I saw black hairs in the shower and all over the couch. The television system didn't even work. I contacted support but nobody came to fix it . i am very frustrated.

the apartment had a fully-functioning kitchen with a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. the building safety was good, which i appreciated. plenty of restaurant choices were nearby (i loved the variety!).

the room i stayed in did not have enough seats at the table. one of the bedrooms was basically a den with no windows. the blanket provided was very thin.

Amazing Place!

This place rocks! The room i got was huge, and the ceilings felt super high. A full-size fridge exist with a big freezer. a full oven, microwave and dishwasher are available. I appreciate that everything worked perfectly and felt brand new!

The location can get a little noisy, i noticed some activity with homeless people around, which can feel a bit intimidating at times.

The location was central. It provided easy access to nearby attractions.

The room was not clean. The walls had visible dirt and scuff marks and the baseboards were covered in dust. I found this disappointing. The bed sheets felt rough, almost like cardboard. It affected my sleep.

The gym was modern and spacious!!! it was perfect for my workout routine. the sauna provided a perfect way to unwind after exercising. the apartment seemed like a real home. Thoughtful touches were everywhere.

Ideal Downtown Stay!

I found the parking convenient. It cost $29 per night. The location suited my sightseeing, given proximity to the Fine Arts Museum and the Metro. The apartment felt spacious and everything seemed clean and new. I really enjoyed the fitness center, with its sauna and steam room.

The walls could use a bit of paint. That is the only negative point I noticed.
