The SOMOS RESTAURANT, an Airstream trailer, is a bar and kitchen that uses local produce, meats, and line-caught fish. It serves American, Argentinian, and Caribbean cuisine and offers Costa Rican cuisine. All condiments, breads, and deserts are produced in-house using recipes inspired by the Northern Hemisphere. The menu focuses on veggie-forward dishes. All sodas, syrups, juices, and infusions are made on-site with medicinal herbs, roots, and fruits. Local Costa Rican craft beer and wine are available. EL SOMOS CAFÉ features Costa Rican coffee, baked goods, and a curated selection of retail goods and boards.
