the location was excellent because it was right next to the beach. the pool area includes a large pool also a nice bar.

the kitchen was not clean . the refrigerator contained old food that had been there for days.

The location is beachfront offering direct access. The bar has daily cocktail options (they tasted really good). I liked the common areas and their landscaping.

The parking lot was a little far.

the reception was occasionally unattended late at night.
