excellent location large selection old equipment strange smell

the location is excellent i could easily walk to many restaurants nearby the staff were also very friendly and helpful when i needed something. the breakfast buffet had a large selection of food options i especially liked the fresh fruit and pastries the pool area was also very clean and well maintained

the gym needs updating it only had a few machines some equipment was old i also noticed a strange smell in the bathroom it seemed to come from the floor drain i found the smell quite unpleasant

clean room convenient location easy access

my room was clean, i saw a housekeeping service regularly. the hotel location allowed easy access to restaurants. a short walk got me to parque lleras.

the shower pressure was a little low, it made rinsing off shampoo slower.

the breakfast included many fruits and hot coffee, i saw hot milk too. the main restaurant seemed fine, i found the food was good quality and the house wine drinkable.

the location was acceptable restaurants were nearby

the phone was ALWAYS busy i tried numerous times to call room service front desk guest services the blow dryer in the room didnt work it took a miracle to get a new one maid service didnt change our towels or provide more shampoo

paper walls bad shape

The room was acceptably clean. I guess that's something.

The gym was frankly a joke. In bad shape isn't even the word, it was like equipment from a museum. and good luck trying to sleep! the bedroom door and walls might as well have been made of paper. I heard everything my neighbors did. i could even hear the people out in the corridor. Not exactly the relaxing getaway i had in mind.
