mixed feelings about this hotel.

small room non-functional card

The room was small. there wasn't enough space for luggage for two people. the fire alarm went off early one morning. Staff said it was a system test. what a terrible time to do that? also, my room access card stopped working multiple times. i had to keep going back to the front desk. this was so frustrating, and the staff were not that apologetic either.

good wifi safe neighborhood comfortable bed

the room had a tv with netflix i found good wifi the room also had a tap with drinkable water i found this very useful. i found a great selection of restaurants in a safe neighborhood it was easy to find somewhere to eat. the bed was comfortable it was nice.

the receptionist seemed annoyed at times this negatively affected the check-in atmosphere

small room tiny pool

the room was quite small, almost laughably so. i had trouble finding space for my luggage and ended up tripping over my suitcase more than once. also, the rooftop pool was way smaller than it looked in the pictures. i expected something grand but instead, it felt more like a large bathtub.

the staff communicated well via whatsapp.

the room i had was quite small, and there was practically no space to store luggage, inconvenient. i had to keep my belongings in my bag throughout my stay. this is not ideal for a hotel of this standard.

good location filtered water machine kiva addition excellent service

the hotel had a good location. i enjoyed filtered water machine in the room. the balcony was a kiva addition. the staff did everything they could to service us.

the gym felt smaller than the photos suggest. it got crowded with more than one person.
