Soho Boutique Jerez & Spa offers 59 rooms in the same building as the Williams & Humbert old wine cellars. Double rooms feature a double bed or two twins, a bathroom with a shower or bathtub, a hairdryer, and free toiletries. Family rooms offer extra beds. Seventeen duplex rooms in the annexe building have large bathrooms with separate baths and shower cubicles. Amenities in all rooms include ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, a sitting area, a terrace, a trouser press, soundproofed rooms, garden furniture, an AM/FM alarm clock, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Note: some rooms are split in two levels and are subject to availability. Quieter rooms in the main building face the scrubland and park at the back. Guests also have access to a safety deposit box, telephone, mini bar, air conditioning, heating, and satellite TV.
Dining and Drinks
The hotel provides a breakfast buffet featuring toast, jams, pain au chocolats, ham and cheese croissants, doughnuts, pancakes, pre-prepared scrambled eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, and fresh fruit. The bar is open from 8pm to 11pm and serves dishes like shoulder of Iberian pork with pesto and pistachio, vegetable lasagne, tapas, sandwiches, and salads. Guests can also order from a nearby pizzeria via the bar menu.

Guests can access the spa's thermal circuit, completed with hot tub, cold water pool, Scottish showers, and sauna. A small spa with three hot tubs and a sauna is located in the annexe building across the car park. The pool closes on September 30th.
