false advertisement unpleasant staff
The room i booked supposedly had a balcony and sea view. instead, i was facing the building across the street and i was frustrated with that false advertisement. the staff at reception were also quite unpleasant. Their attitude did not improve the situation at all.

loud street poor soundproofing
The breakfast was good enough i suppose, especially the lady at the afternoon reception. She helped me find parking.
The street outside was pretty loud. The hotel really needs better soundproofing. i could hear not only street noise quite loudly, but also every noise from the adjacent rooms! there wasn't a toilet brush available either.

beach location bus stop friendly staff dirty entrance mat broken toilet button water leakage
i loved the location right by the beach. a bus stop was also right in front, allowing quick trips to the center! a supermarket nearby made everything easier. the staff was super nice and always friendly.
The hotel entrance mat was dirty it looked run down. the toilet button was broken. It was difficult to flush. water leaked onto the floor after showers!

I appreciated the short walk to the beach. It greatly enhanced my stay. the quiet atmosphere at night was perfect for restful sleep. the staff displayed a consistently helpful attitude. balconies provided a lovely bonus.
the entrance mat looked somewhat dirty upon arrival.

helpful staff close beach street noise outdated bathroom
the location was quite nice, very close to the beach i so love! it was easy to walk to the main attractions. the staff was helpful, they attended to our needs with such grace.
The bathroom could use some updates. The fixtures seemed a bit old though they functioned. our room faced the street. It was a bit noisy at times, especially in the early mornings, though it calmed later.

great location close to everything
excellent location fair price
the location was excellent a bus stop was steps away from the hotel. the beach was also steps away and a supermarket was a couple minutes walk i found three restaurants across the road with fairly priced food.
the room felt a bit old and could use some updating. i could hear noises from neighboring rooms through the walls. this made it a little difficult to sleep at times

mediocre stay
noisy room outdated interior
the location was acceptable, offering proximity to some amenities.
the rooms interior were outdated and somewhat run-down. the lift seemed unsafe as it jerked downwards when it stopped. i heard clearly all guests walking and talking, it was very noisy.
