Acceptable stay with some issues

noise level unhelpful staff

I was disappointed with the noise level at night. This section of the beach smelled bad too. I also found the reception staff unhelpful and almost non-existent.

beachfront bliss!!!

beachfront location excellent breakfast helpful staff

The location was AMAZING, literally right on the beach. breakfast was excellent. I could choose anything from their menu, what a delight! the staff was pleasant and very helpful throughout my entire stay. They ensured i had fresh towels every day.

the elevator wasn't working at times, so i had to use the stairs.

The room had a modern shower room with a powerful shower. It included two shower heads. the compact bedroom included a comfortable bed and lovely coastline views. it was nicely designed too.

the staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially isabelle at reception. i found the welcome friendly and genuine. the waiters and waitresses in the downstairs restaurant were amazing and friendly.

I enjoyed the bonus of the third floor sun deck. It included a hot tub and a stocked guest fridge. the popular hotel restaurant is very worth sampling for its excellent food. the honesty bar offered very reasonable prices.

sea view excellent breakfast

The hotel location is directly on the beach , therefore, the sea view from the room was wonderful. Breakfast on the patio was excellent . The restaurant served delicious food.

The elevator was not working , , made it slightly inconvenient to reach the upper floors.
