the hotel backs onto a large shopping mall. this made it easy to access shopping and restaurants. the hotel breakfast had a good selection of cereals, meats and continental food

i found the hotel's services better suited for a good 3-star hotel, not a 4-star one. the restaurant overlooked the parking area of a nearby shopping mall, and that didn't add much to the overall ambience.

The staff was kind and efficient. I received excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! The hotel provided a delicious and varied selection.

The street-facing rooms can experience some traffic noise during peak hours.

the room was adequately clean and had essential amenities.

The noise was a significant problem. I could clearly hear cars leaving the underground garage very early. this disturbance made it hard to sleep soundly. Soundproofing needs improvement. the advertised bar lounge was just a breakfast area when not in use. It lacked the atmosphere of a dedicated space.
