Acceptable, but some issues

slow service high noise level

The hotel had a convenient location near the beach.

The restaurant experience was disappointing. The food quality did NOT meet expectations. My order was not prepared correctly, and the service was slow. The noise level was also high at night.

disgusting dinner insufficient soap

the location across from the beach was acceptable.

i ate dinner and it was disgusting! it should not have left the kitchen. there was no hand soap on the basin, just one english breakfast tea bag, and only two milks. this wasn't enough.

breakfast buffet restaurant peoples room smell bathroom hair

the breakfast buffet was so good. it has lots of choices and variety, eggs were cooked if you want. the restaurant peoples kept everything topped up and the tables was tidy. i liked that taxis was easy to get as there is a taxi rank outside of the hotel!

the room was smelly because of previous guest smoking. the smell was strong and i dont like it. there was hair on the bathroom sink too. i hate that!

prime location friendly staff tasty coffee

the location is perfect! a beautiful park sits right next to the hotel. the friendly staff provided a complimentary bottle of water and beach towels every day. the breakfast had great nespresso coffee too.

the beds could use mattress toppers.

undercooked chicken poor customer service

the location proved convenient. it was close to the airport. i could not hear planes. it was 150 metres from the sea.

i ate at the hotel restaurant twice. the first time, the food was average. the second time, the chicken was not cooked. it was returned to the kitchen, only to be reheated 15 minutes later. i complained to reception and received a small refund offer. the restaurant staff needs customer service training! it was expensive for average food.
