The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food tasted amazing and there was so much variety every day. The room was excellent (i asked for a twin room). It had plenty of space and was immaculate.

The cover on my bed was worn. The carpet had multiple stains. The air con in our room didn't work, and the toilet seat was fixed on crooked.

The hotel rooms were very clean , and the beds were comfy. I found a bonus in the provided toiletries and hairdryer also. The restaurant offered great variety, with well-presented food and plenty to eat.

The hill up to the hotel might not suit guests with mobility issues.

The grounds were immaculate, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available. The pool area was very well-kept, appearing clean and organized daily. All staff members I encountered were consistently friendly and helpful, which enhanced my visit. Food selection was great, especially the wide selection of fresh fruit, cereals, and cooked options during breakfast. I found the dining room staff to be attentive!!!

The hotel is conveniently located about a five-minute walk down the hill to the beach, a nice and easy stroll. It is also a ten-minute walk to the train station and the town center, so accessing nearby areas is simple. Bus stops are directly outside the hotel, very convenient.

The reception team was efficient and cute. Dining room staff worked attentively during busy periods, ensuring prompt service, which I found very excellent. The housekeeping team kept the rooms in pristine condition, I really appreciated that.

I saw there was a locked room available for luggage storage after check-out, very useful for late flights. The cleanliness of the premises was consistently maintained, and I was impressed by the tidiness. The pool never seemed crowded, a HUGE plus.

The all-inclusive option included drinks, i particularly appreciated this. the rooms were very spacious and clean. Mine had a lovely balcony with sea views. the hotel staff were friendly and the service was attentive. i found the pool area to be well-kept, with lush greenery all around.
