charming stay with thoughtful touches

The location was excellent. Many key attractions were accessible by foot, really charmed me. staff were super nice. They even offered to handle my salami from the market. i was also offered side biscuits. A very considerate gesture, i felt. breakfast offered good value. The staff were both efficient and friendly.

The toilet cistern made a running water noise constantly. despite my asking, it was not fixed . It bothered me a bit.

the hotel boasts a prime location right in the heart of the city. i found parking quite accessible, just a short walk away with a discounted rate offered. our family room was notably comfortable and clean..

I noticed the rooms could benefit from additional lighting. It felt a bit too dim, especially for applying makeup.
