The staff were nice and helped when I needed directions. That was acceptable.
The lack of a fridge in the room proved inconvenient. I wanted to keep drinks cold. The air conditioning leaked water on the floor. It was not what I expected!

The location was excellent. I found many restaurants and shops nearby. My room had a good shower. The rooftop swimming pool was a nice addition.

The rooftop pool provided great views. It was not large but very clean, A good local coffee shop operated on the ground floor, with a simple but convenient option . The building looked recently renovated.

The staff was helpful and very informative, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. Rooms were cleaned every day. I noticed that the staff were very friendly and cute.

The location was central, very near shops. It was a short walk to bars, restaurants, and the beach. A taxi stand nearby offered easy transportation options around the area though the parking was expensive.

the receptionist was very friendly, assisting me with my limited spanish. the rooftop pool offered beautiful views and was very clean. i found the location convenient, with the bus station a short walk away. i appreciated the cleanliness, even getting fresh towels despite requesting no cleaning.
i was woken up by early morning noise from outside, though it didn't bother me too much.

the cafeteria looked popular with locals, indicating it was good. it was always very busy which is a good sign with lots of local spanish there. i didn't use it though so i can't personally comment.

my room included a bathroom, designed like a wet room. a tv was available in the room, and also a fridge. i didn't use either of these . it was a lovely space.

the receptionist was friendly, she was very attentive. she helped me with my spanish. she seemed willing to go above and beyond . i found her approach to be excellent.

the hotel is a five minute walk from the bus station. the center and beach are about a ten minute walk. my balcony faced a launderette with mountains visible above. this provided a great view.
