the location was very central. the rooms were excellent value and the receptionist was friendly and informative.

because it's central and on a corner of a busy pedestrian area it's noisy especially at night. cleaners were rather noisy from 8am shouting. it is sadly a common problem in some hotels.

the check-in process was very slow and inefficient, i had to wait. the room lighting was very poor, especially where i needed to pack. there was also a strange smell in the room that did not go away.

i found the staff amiable, and they addressed my requests promptly. the room size was quite satisfactory for my needs. i appreciated the proximity to both the train station and various bars, nice for convenient access. the cleaning team maintained perfect standards throughout my stay.

i noticed music was loud and the pool area felt somewhat cramped. there seemed to be a disproportionate number of sun loungers. the room i was assigned needed some attention, specifically the flooring was damaged and the lighting was quite poor.
