the superior double room was great, and the bed was huge! i enjoyed the spotlessly clean bathroom, it was a plus. the food at the restaurant tasted lovely. all staff members were friendly and helpful, and provided very good service!

The staff were helpful during check in and explained everything clearly.

The room was quite cold even with the heating on and extra blankets. I also discovered there was no hot water when I went to take a shower in the morning which was very inconvenient.

i really liked the location! it puts you so close to cool spots like ronda and antequera. plus, i discovered there's a charging station for cars! the service at the lounge was great, and they even had local wine from ronda. it felt really special when i asked for that specific wine!

the bath and shower area in the room really needs some grab bars. the temperature controls are tricky.

the hotel is quiet, but also conveniently close to the airport. the town nearby has a supermarket, kama kama! it's only about 45 minutes away, so getting essentials is easy!

The lounge areas impressed me with their curated design. I particularly enjoyed the restaurant, and the food tasted excellent. The staff delivered fantastic service. I found the multiple terraces and garden well kept and very comfortable.

the location offers fine views of nature and is relatively close to marbella, costing around 30 euros by taxi. the breakfast service had a good selection of food and drinks. the reception staff were helpful with all my questions, and the bar staff were always great.

i stayed at the hotel and the floors were very cold. i really missed having slippers in the room. i think providing slippers would greatly improve comfort.
