helpful staff clean room great comfort
i found the staff kind, always ready to help. my room was clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. the bed offered great comfort for restful nights, it was wonderful. i liked the hotel's personal feel, it felt special and beautifully decorated.
The room was warm during the night. It was not a significant issue, but i noticed it.

I liked the perfect location near the city center. Staff was friendly, and they did their job well, from check-in to service. Dinner on the terrace featured views of the gorge and bridge. It was very nice. I enjoyed the food a lot.

perfect location terrace dinner convenient parking
the location was perfect, very close to the famous bridge. i had dinner on the terrace and the view of the gorge was very nice. the staff was friendly and helpful (always smiling and ready to assist). the hotel also provides a convenient car parking service.

The setting is beautiful. The antique furnishings created a nice ambiance. The bed was very comfortable. I slept well. Staff members were helpful.
My room overlooked the narrow street. There was no view from my window. I noticed considerable noise during the night. The hotel lacked a modern keyless entry system.

really good views easy walk
The location was excellent, offering proximity to the main attractions. the hotel's restaurant featured a beautiful terrace. It provided really good views. the staff was also helpful. i found the position of the place magical, particularly during sunset dinner on the terrace.
I did notice that the stairs to breakfast were steep. The access was slightly inconvenient. the room could have benefited from an updated entry system, such as keyless entry.
