the hotel has a perfect location directly across from the bullring and the plaza. i appreciated that the staff parks your car for you in on-site parking. the big room included an excellent shower.

the room had a very small window causing it to feel stuffy. i found this particularly noticeable when i forgot to leave the key in to keep the air conditioning running during my absence.

the staff was so friendly, very attentive and helpful! the location was perfect, right in the heart of everything! my room, a superior double or twin room, was super clean and quite spacious.

The noise levels were quite high. I could hear everything from the hallway, which wasn't ideal. the air conditioning seemed a bit outdated and wasn't as effective as i hoped. the decor, while nice, felt a little dated in certain areas.

i was so glad they parked my car with valet service it was super convenient. breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options it really started the day right.

the room had a small window it sometimes felt a bit stuffy if i forgot to leave the key in for the air conditioning system when i went out

the hotel sits right on the main street making it so easy to pop over to restaurants and shops nearby it was awesome. the bullring is just across the street and the old bridge is a short walk too.
