the location was very close to the bridge. the staff were friendly!

the room was too hot. the hotel address didn't work in gps. there was no place to pull over for dropping bags. the parking lot situation was anxiety producing.

the room was too hot and the air conditioning was not working well so i was quite uncomfortable i wish they'd checked that before i arrived as sleeping was a struggle. really a shame

I enjoyed the four nights i stayed in a beautiful double room city view. the room featured a hairdryer, ironing board, and mini bar. the room was spacious. It had great views. the bed was large and comfortable. the location was convenient. the breakfast service was quick and efficient. the common areas were tastefully decorated.

the lighting in the room was dim and there wasn't a dressing table.

The hotel's location is near puerta nueva. it is also only a short distance from the famous bridge, about a three minute walk. A great starting point for exploring the area. the hotel is convenient to all attractions and shops.
