overcooked scrambled eggs unpleasant smell
The breakfast selection was limited, and the quality was not really good. The scrambled eggs were overcooked. I found them HARD. The lift area near reception possessed a distinct smell of drains! THIS was quite unpleasant. Though the hotel did have SOME redeeming qualities.

fantastic city stay
central location train station laundry spot hotel umbrella
I appreciated the central location. It made walking to most places easy. the main bus and train station were also close. i found an automatic laundry spot just a short walk away, a nice bonus. the hotel provided umbrellas, which i used during the rainy days.
i found the air conditioning to be a bit outdated. it made it difficult to read the temperature settings in my room.

The train station was close by, so transport was simple. I found the rooftop terrace bar good. The option to store luggage after checkout proved useful.
The air conditioning control lacked legible numbers, an oversight.

pleasant visit near the port
rooftop bar helpful staff seamless transport
The rooftop bar provided lovely evening views. i found the staff to be helpful. the taxi pickup the hotel arranged from the airport was seamless. The driver messaged upon landing and waited in the arrival hall.

gluten free breads soho area city center front entrance steps rooftop bar limited access
The breakfast offered good variety. I found gluten free breads, meats, cheese, Spanish torta, cereals, and regular breads. The hotel location in the Soho area was convenient. It was easy to find and close to the city center and the beach.
There were only steps at the front entrance. Access would be difficult for anyone with a buggy or disability. The rooftop bar area was only open on Fridays and Saturdays.

central location helpful staff top floor bar difficult parking repetitive breakfast worn room
I enjoyed that this hotel was near the city center. It made seeing everything very easy. Staff helped with luggage after checkout. I did appreciate this service. The bar on the top floor offered a cozy spot to relax after sightseeing.
The hotel lacked its own parking. I found parking a bit difficult. Breakfast included the same items daily. The room felt a little worn, so a refresh would improve the stay.

mixed feelings about my stay
inadequate air conditioning inconsistent breakfast
the air conditioning barely worked. i reported it , but nothing changed , and the room remained uncomfortably warm. also , the breakfast selection felt limited , particularly the lack of fresh vegetables after a certain time. it seemed like they weren't refilling items consistently when paying for a full breakfast.
