Excellent Location and Friendly Staff

I appreciated the central location. It put me right in the heart of everything. Access to metros was very easy, and I found many restaurants and shops nearby. I thought all the staff members were friendly and helpful, especially when I needed coffee. The reception staff made sure I had some. I was grateful for their help.

The hotel booked a taxi for me. Costs were prohibitive. One evening, a taxi booked through the hotel to a restaurant cost 45 euros! The return trip from a taxi rank was only 15 euros.

My Beautiful Double Room had a great size with an awesome bathroom, it was super clean. The room included a smart TV. I could cast from my phone to stream what I wanted. A safe was available in the room. This added security.

The hotel is very chic, I noticed newly decorated rooms. The hotel offered easy access to the metro. I did not need a car. Indoor and outdoor spaces are available. They provided options for dining and relaxation. The hotel has a lift.

Staff members spoke wonderful English. This certainly helped. The staff provided helpful information on restaurants. Staff was very attentive from arrival to checkout. I felt very welcome because of their kindness.

Breakfast options were delicious, they had many options. I noticed there was a light breakfast available . I enjoyed the option to dine indoors or outdoors. The hotel provided everything I needed to start my day.

the beds were very comfortable . location accessibility to various points of interest proved convenient.

the room size was smaller than expected. storage was limited and this made organizing belongings challenging. it did not provide an optimal experience.
