The staff was helpful . My room had a safe inside. There was also a TV in the room. The radiant heating panel worked well.

The climate control did not work well. It was very hot trying to sleep at night. I found the area to be spooky. I wouldn't go out at night around the area.

the hotel was close to the underground station i found the staff helpful. it took about 20 minutes by metro to reach the city centre. the location was good for getting to the bus stop for the airport bus service to beauvais. the nearby metro made getting around simple.

i noticed a slight plumbing smell in the bathroom it was minor but noticeable.

The room was clean and modern! the location offered convenient access to nearby bars and shops. i found the staff very friendly. mourad welcomed us late at night with a friendly smile. He was also very helpful in the morning with directions and information.

the air conditioning was preset. it could not be changed and turned off on its own!
